4. Account Registration and Security
Each eligible player may hold one account on the rcb88 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. rcb88 employs automated and manual monitoring tools to detect duplicate accounts.
You must provide your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number at registration. Providing false information is a material breach of these T&C and will result in immediate account closure without refund of any deposit balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. rcb88 will never ask for your password by email, telephone, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately. rcb88 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has not taken reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
Each individual may hold only one active account on rcb88. If a duplicate account is discovered, rcb88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balance held within them. Players who knowingly operate duplicate accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions will also be permanently banned from the Platform.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
rcb88 supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladeshi mobile financial services and bank transfer channels. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. rcb88 may request supporting documents (including a copy of your national identification card and proof of payment method ownership) before processing a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Any attempt to defraud rcb88 through fraudulent chargebacks, reversed transactions, or other payment manipulation will result in immediate and permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities. rcb88 uses automated fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with payment providers to investigate suspicious transactions.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
From time to time rcb88 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual offer terms.
- Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued and may not be transferred to another account under any circumstances.
- rcb88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice, including before the Player has met the relevant wagering requirement, if rcb88 reasonably believes the Player is attempting to abuse the promotion system.
- Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new Players only. Players who close and re-open accounts, or who open duplicate accounts, are not eligible to claim a welcome bonus more than once.
- Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered through the Platform before a cash withdrawal can be requested. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
7. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on rcb88 are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted by the Platform. In the event of a technical error or manifest error in the odds, rcb88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account. A manifest error is defined as an obvious pricing or data entry mistake that any reasonable person would have identified as an error.
For casino games, the outcome of each game round is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). rcb88 does not manipulate game outcomes. The RTP (return to player) percentage for each game is determined by the game's software provider and is independently certified. 8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rcb88. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation and may face permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market, including soft-play, chip-dumping, or any form of coordinated betting strategy intended to exploit the Platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or gain any advantage over other Players or the Platform.
- Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform, including by depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing rcb88 staff, customer support agents, or other Players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.
- Attempting to access, interfere with, or damage any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure, including its servers, databases, or security systems, or attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
rcb88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if rcb88 reasonably believes that the Player has breached these T&C, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if account suspension or closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulation. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, rcb88 will endeavour to complete its investigation within 14 days and will notify the Player of the outcome.
Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting rcb88 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable time. rcb88 may retain records of closed accounts for audit and compliance purposes as required by applicable law.
10. Responsible Gaming
rcb88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity. All responsible gaming tools are available directly within the Player's account settings and are free to use.
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect, to allow the Player time to reconsider.
Players who feel their gambling is becoming a problem may apply for self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. 11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rcb88 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other economic loss, even if rcb88 has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
rcb88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors or technical faults. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. rcb88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Privacy and Data Protection

13. Amendments to These Terms
